No Matter What Leadership Adventures are designed to push high-level leaders beyond the predictable routines of business and life to grow in new and transformative ways. The Peru 2025 edition challenged executives, entrepreneurs, and changemakers to trek the legendary Ancascocha Trail and Inca Trail to Machu Picchu, not only as a physical feat, but as a transformational journey into resilience, presence, and authentic leadership.

Earth Tribute Ceremony led by a local shaman, anchoring participants in Incan culture and beliefs.
Trekking timeless trails, walking in the same sacred paths as the Incan pilgrimages reaching over ~35-40+ miles and almost 17,000 feet in elevation.
