No Matter What Adventure: Machu Picchu

A Sacred Container for Transformation

TRANSFORMATIONAL, POWERFUL AND TAILORED TO US

“This wasn’t a retreat. It was a moment in my life I didn’t know I needed — and now I’ll live differently because of it.”

About Our Adventures

No Matter What Leadership Adventures are designed to push high-level leaders beyond the predictable routines of business and life to grow in new and transformative ways. The Peru 2025 edition challenged executives, entrepreneurs, and changemakers to trek the legendary Ancascocha Trail and Inca Trail to Machu Picchu, not only as a physical feat, but as a transformational journey into resilience, presence, and authentic leadership.

In a world defined by rapid change, disruption, and uncertainty, this retreat became a living container where leaders confronted the unknown, dismantled personal barriers, and reconnected with their deeper sense of purpose.

the experience

8 days (Cusco → Ancascocha Trail → Inca Trail → Machu Picchu)

  • 3 month growth container created around 8 day retreat to set the framing, articulate challenges and align to leaders’ greater potential

  • Earth Tribute Ceremony led by a local shaman, anchoring participants in Incan culture and beliefs.

  • Trekking timeless trails, walking in the same sacred paths as the Incan pilgrimages reaching over ~35-40+ miles and almost 17,000 feet in elevation.

  • Group reflections, journaling, and growth practices woven into the trek.

  • Alignment to potential in a once-in-a-lifetime experience to let go of the past and connect with the greater version of ourselves resulting in transformational takeaways for everyone.

Outcomes:

  • ~35-40+ miles trekked

  • 17,000+ vertical feet up

  • Clear alignment and definitive direction to impact their business + life

  • 100% reported breakthroughs in professional clarity, emotional healing, resilience, or spiritual depth

Entering the Container:

From CEOs to founders, participants arrived seeking more than adventure. Each carried questions:

  • “How do I want to define the second half of my life?”Sid, CEO

  • “How do I fill the voids that success hasn’t answered?”Keith, entrepreneur

  • “How do I step off the plateau and into my power?”Jason, leadership consultant

  • “How do I finally allow myself to heal and feel whole?”Birame, tech founder

The trek was the equalizer. Thin air, cold nights in tents, steep climbs, and relentless mileage stripped away titles and comfort. What remained was the real work: letting go of control, saying yes to the unknown, and surrendering to the process.

THE RESULTS: Proof of Impact

Through laughter, tears, sacred ceremony, and shared hardship, leaders discovered:

  • Persistence: “There’s no turning back. You just have to persevere — no matter what.” – Jason

  • Possibility: “I came with a bag full of rocks. I leave with my heart open and my confidence restored.” – Birame

  • Transformation: “I return home not just stronger, but transformed — stepping into my power and greatness, no matter what.” – Participant

The trek mirrored life itself: moments of silence, moments of breaking down, and breakthroughs that only arrived when the group held each other up.

Lasting Business & Leadership Impact

The true summit wasn’t Machu Picchu. It was the clarity, resilience, and connection leaders carried home:

  • A CEO redefined his next chapter as a “year of curiosity and connection,” shifting from saying no to finally saying yes to what matters.

  • An entrepreneur recommitted to living “undeniably” — in his business, his relationships, and his leadership legacy.

  • A leadership consultant reclaimed presence as activism: “I make the impossible possible, and I’ll bring that home to my family, my clients, and my life.”

The No Matter What Leadership Adventure is more than a trek. It is a sacred container where business leaders confront the unknown and return transformed. It is where grit meets surrender, where community becomes the catalyst, and where the real work of growth begins: changing the leader, so the leader can change everything else.
