Master the unknown of high growth: the mount quandary immersion

A one-day leadership ascent to Master the Art of High-Growth Leadership with Special Guest: Sid Chowdhary

1 Day Immersion

Mount Quandary, CO (14,265 ft).

July 17, 2026

Embrace Discomfort, Move with Purpose and drive high growth

Growth doesn’t happen in the comfortable or the familiar. It happens at 14,000 feet when the path disappears, and your instincts take over. This isn’t a hike; it’s a leadership crucible designed to help you:

Discern: Find clarity when the world is loud.

Presence: Stay anchored when the direction blurs.

Trust: Build steady inner confidence in external ambiguity to continue momentum, No Matter What.

Special Guest

A Masterclass in Motion

We are proud to announce that Sid Chowdhary, EY Entrepreneur of the Year (Mid-Atlantic) and founder one of the largest privately held firms in the US (4000+ workforce globally), ranked as one of the fastest growing firms by INC 500 (14 years) and repeatedly recognized by Washington Post as a top workplace for employees (6 years), will be joining us as our Special Guest for this ascent.

Sid isn't here to lecture; he’s here to climb alongside you. During the pre-adventure and throughout the climb, he’ll be sharing the "No Matter What" insights that allowed him to build one of the largest and fastest-growing companies in America, by creating an organization that thrives under uncertainty and delivering on high visibility, high impact challenges, while maintaining radical presence and integrity. Climbing alongside him, you will learn how discipline, grit, and perseverance that are needed to scale mountains can translate into professional breakthroughs, hurdling past growth barriers, and building teams that endure and deliver.

This is your chance to summit alongside a leader who has mastered the unknown at the highest levels.

“The unknown isn’t what stands in the way—it’s the path itself. Every step into uncertainty is a step into leadership.” - Sterling

The Experience: More Than a Climb

  • Solitude, Silence & Space

Cut the noise. We use intentional silence to clear the mental clutter, making room for the breakthrough ideas that can’t emerge in your daily grind.

  • Vulnerability & Authentic Connection

No egos, just real talk. Alongside Sid Chowdhary, you’ll join a tight-knit circle of peers to share the challenges only those at the top understand.

  • Learn a “high growth” approach from a master

Transformation isn’t just about celebration. It’s about installation. Identify what version of you no longer scales, end it intentionally, and anchor the behaviors that produced your breakthrough, so when you return to real life, the results stay.

  • Radical Discernment & The "No Matter What" Mindset

Master the "No Matter What" mindset. Learn to trust your integrity and presence when things get unpredictable, turning chaos into a competitive advantage.

Growth doesn’t happen when things are easy.

It happens when you step into the unknown — and stay long enough to see what emerges.

In business, in life, and in leadership, that’s the real edge.

This adventure gives you the tools and the trust to navigate it — No Matter What.

  • Sterling Hawkins is an author, investor, entrepreneur, and keynote speaker who is globally

recognized as a thought leader in personal and organizational growth. Founder of the No Matter What Movement, he shows people how to achieve the performance, results and fulfillment they want regardless of obstacles.

Sterling developed his methodology to learn from the painful collapse of his multibillion dollar startup involvement. He's since combined his business background, research, study and practice to come back and launch, invest in and grow more than 100 companies. He's taken that experience to work with C-level teams and leaders and speak on stages around the world. He's been featured in magazines like Forbes, Fast Company, The New York Times and Inc.

He believes that there is no growth without discomfort – and it requires courage, commitment, community and the cultivation of  trust to move through the uncomfortable and uncertain and into breakthrough results. To inspire people to unlock their own inherent potential, he shares key practices that help us push beyond our perceived limits to make a difference for our companies, communities and families. When he's not at home in Colorado, he may be out skydiving, swimming with sharks or adventuring with the No Matter What Movement.

With a background in marketing strategy, operations, and transformational leadership, Haviland has worked with Fortune 500 companies, entrepreneurs, and global organizations to drive both personal and organizational growth. Her expertise lies in translating bold ideas into actionable outcomes, ensuring that the No Matter What methodology extends beyond the keynote stage into lasting change for individuals, teams and companies.

She believes growth requires courage, commitment, and community. Through her work, she creates spaces where people can confront discomfort, unlock their potential, and discover what they’re truly capable of. Whether uniting executives across cultural barriers, supporting leaders in breaking free of limiting beliefs, or guiding participants step by step on the Inca Trail, Haviland blends clarity, compassion and challenge to deliver breakthrough results.

When she’s not home in Colorado, you’ll find her alongside Sterling, leading No Matter What adventures and retreats or exploring new frontiers that continue to push her own edges.

The Inner Journey

of No Matter What Leadership

Our No Matter What Process

Where personal transformation becomes embodied leadership.

Every No Matter What Adventure follows a universal rhythm. The journey from the known into the unknown and back again. It’s a process that has guided heroes, leaders, and seekers for centuries: a crossing of thresholds, a shedding of what no longer serves, and a return with something new to give.

This isn’t just a travel experience. It’s a lived process of becoming the kind of leader who can navigate the unknown, within yourself, your team, and your organization, no matter what.

The circle is surrounded by phrases: 'Aligned integration,' 'Call to adventure,' 'Reconciliation of who you've been,' and 'Facing the depths of yourself.' It includes icons of a hiker and mountain, with connecting lines and contextual descriptions about personal growth and self-discovery.
