Building a Ripple Effect of Growth at Moore
A message that goes way beyond the leadership walls
"Sterling’s message came at exactly the right time in our transformation. It helped our leadership recenter on empathy and communicate change in a way our teams could truly hear. What started as a keynote became a ripple effect of growth across the company—No Matter What."

Our approach
Keynote at Leadership Offsite
Company-wide Broadcast of keynote
The audience:
Executive leaders + Full company (250+ employees across divisions and shared services)
CLIENT CHALLENGES:
LinkedIn’s operations team recognized it was heading into a year of unprecedented change; fueled by post-pandemic shifts, rapidly evolving AI capabilities, and a heightened need for global compliance—the leadership team saw signs of organizational resistance to new systems and structures. Seeking to unify and energize over 200 professionals at their first in-person summit in years, they reached out for a keynote experience that could drive collaboration, resilience, and renewed commitment to the company’s ambitious priorities.
Transformation meets friction: As Moore moved to consolidate dozens of previously independent divisions, it created uncertainty as they worked to eliminate legacy systems, shift familiar processes, and navigate high-stakes engagements in totally new ways.
Change fatigue across the enterprise: Rolling out new ERP and project management tools created discomfort at every level. Teams wrestled with new workflows and expectations, all while maintaining top-tier client performance.
Mindset needed to match ambition: Leadership could see the path forward. But teams on the ground were feeling the growing pains. The company had the strategy, but they lacked the culture, mindset and drive to execute.
THE RESULTS: 4 MONTH Later
A message that didn’t stay in the room: The keynote gave the leadership team tools for them and to deploy in their culture, but it also sparked something bigger. The message hit so hard, leadership brought it back with a company-wide broadcasts of the keynote and a copy of Hunting Discomfort for everyone, so the people living the change day-to-day could feel seen, empowered, and included in the growth.
No Matter What → Company-wide language shift: Sterling’s story of discomfort, vulnerability, and growth became a shared reference point. Phrases like “the way out is through” and “no matter what” showed up in everyday conversations, helping normalize discomfort and fuel action.
Empowering the people who make the business go: Leadership acknowledged that the transformation impacted frontline teams most. Sterling’s message helped them feel not just informed, but personally equipped to face what’s next. Discomfort wasn’t failure; it was the way forward.
Growth that scaled beyond the keynote: This wasn’t a one-and-done. Teams submitted their own “No Matter What” statements. And utilizing a proven-framework, town halls reinforced the message. Accountability groups formed. What started as a keynote became an enterprise-wide movement, anchored in mindset, sustained by community.
“The reason we brought Sterling back four months later? The message didn’t belong just to leadership. Our teams needed to hear it, too—directly. It validated what they were feeling and gave them tools to move forward together. That’s how you create real change.”
