My 3 Travel Nutrition Essentials

Travel comes with the territory in my line of work, and honestly, I love it. It's not the flights or the hotel stays that get me excited—it's the vibrant tapestry of people I meet, the genuine connections I forge, and the spark of inspiration that seems to strike in the most unexpected places. With the amount of time I spend journeying from place to place, I've developed a bit of an obsession with maintaining my health and ensuring I'm always on top of my game.

So, here are a few things I don’t travel without…

1. Athletic Greens

3. Raw Nutrition

When I don’t have any options to sit down and eat a meal, I go protein shake.

Don’t get me wrong, I prefer a real meal hands down.

But the fast food that’s sometimes the only thing available doesn’t count as a real meal to me. It’s a Raw Nutrition protein shake that fills the gap. I always go chocolate but there are a bunch of flavors to choose from.

What are some of the supplements and nutritional aids that you travel with? I’m always looking out for new things to try. I’ve tried a lot of different things traveling but these have become my staple items. Why? Because they just work and I feel better.

If you try any of what I’ve recommended here – let me know how you like them. See you at the airport!
